Shipping & Returns

INTERNET, PHONE, FAX, AND MAIL ORDERS

Our first concern is to fill orders accurately and quickly. While we make every effort to ship on a same day basis for orders called in by 12:00 PM Pacific Time, this is not always possible. If order is required by a specific date, please inform our customer service / order department, and we will give you an estimate of ship date. Custom light bars have 5-7 business days to ship.

RETURN MERCHANDISE POLICY

1.Parts returned must have a Return Merchandise Number Authorization (RMA). Contact us to obtain RMA # prior to shipping. Reference RMA # on return shipping box.
2.Enclose copy of the order.
3.Parts must be returned undamaged and in perfect condition that may be resold as new within 30 days of original purchase date to receive full refund or credit. Refund or Credit will be issued only upon inspection of returned part’s condition.
4.Returned Merchandise received after 30 days from original order date are subject to approval and will incur a 50% handling and restocking fee. No returns will be accepted after 60 days.
5.Special order items and parts made to order or cut to length can not be returned.
6.Shipping charges must be prepaid.
7.Return shipments to ER Technologies should be returned to 100 E 4th. Street PMB 10352, Calexico, CA 92231.

SHIPPING / BILLING ERROR

Every effort is made to correctly order and ship part(s) specified by customer. Shipping errors are kept to a minimum by maintaining strict quality control maintained by double inspection of all orders shipped. If a shipment is received containing an incorrect part(s):
1.Immediately notify customer service of error at support@rearlightbar.com email.
2.RMA number will be issued for the return of Incorrect part(s) – see Return Merchandise policy
3.If exchange part is required prior to return of incorrect part(s), customer will be charged and credit will be issued upon return of part to ER Technologies.
4.Replacement parts are shipped Priority Mail Shipping only. If customer requests expedited service, difference of standard versus expedited shipping fee will be charged to customer.
5.If exchange part is backordered, customer has the option of waiting for backordered item or requesting refund. Refund or Credit is issued when undamaged and packaged part is received by ER Technologies.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipments via United States Postal Service (USPS) and/or UPS (United Parecel Service) USUALLY can ship out same day if ordered before 12pm (noon) Pacific Time (barring any items that may be backordered). If itn’s not shipped same day we will ship it LATER next business day. Saturdays do constitute “business days” per USPS.com when calculating shipping times.

International shipments are via United States Postal Service (USPS) and can take up-to 7-10 business days to ship.

DAMAGE IN TRANSIT

All orders are packaged with great care. However, if package is received from USPS post office, contact us at support@rearlightbar.com email. Please have your order number available for reference.

SHORTAGES

Any errors in shipments must be reported within five (5) days of receipt of order. All orders are packaged with quality control management. Failure to make claims for shortages within 5 days of receipt of parts will result in ineligibility for remedy and customer will be liable for invoiced charges.

WARRANTY

ER Technologies is the manufacturer / distributor of RearLightBar™ products and accessories. Refer to each part for the warranty guidelines of that individual part. All decisions regarding the repair or replacement of the item are the sole responsibility of ER Technologies.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

Exclusions include installation errors, abuse, misuse or crash damage. You must be the original owner of the product and be able to supply proof of purchase.

ER Technologies will pay the freight if your product is less than 90 days old, otherwise defective products must be returned to ER Technologies, freight prepaid. At our option, we will repair or replace ítems in question and return them at no charge. If the identical product is no longer available we will replace with a similar product of equal value.

ER Technologies will not be responsable for any indirect or consequential damages in connection with defective merchandise.

INDEMNIFICATION

Buyer hereby acknowledges off-roading, racing and driving are dangerous activities and that the products and/or supplies purchased from ER Technologies are used in an inherently dangerous activity that may endanger life and limb; and in no event shall the seller, or seller’s heirs and assigns, be held liable for consequential damages, nor shall seller’s liability on any claim for damages arising out of or connected with the sale, delivery, or use of purchased products and/or supplies exceed the purchase price of the products and/or supplies.
